Postage Costs

We are delighted to offer free postage Australia-wide!

At Sealing Wax Australia (Jax Wax Pty. Ltd.), we use the most economical shipping partner on a case-by-case basis to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. If you require express shipping or if you wish to nominate a shipping partner, please contact us directly. Extra charges may apply for these services.

 Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. To be safe, we recommend allowing approximately 14 days for delivery. If your items haven't arrived within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately.

 Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Items

Sealing Wax Australia (Jax Wax Pty. Ltd.) is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post or courier services. We provide tracking numbers for all parcels, and any issues with lost or undelivered items must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

 Technical Errors with Postage

In the rare event of a technical error at checkout where the correct postage is not applied, we will contact you by email or phone to resolve the issue. If additional charges are required due to this error and you no longer wish to proceed, we will provide a full refund.

 Address and Contact Information Adjustments

If you have entered any incorrect information at checkout, please contact us within 12 hours of payment, and we will make the required adjustments. If you have entered the wrong address and have not notified us, you will be responsible for any additional adjustments to the shipping cost.
